Collaboration Announcement: Exclusive Mullet Roe Culinary Techniques Unveiled with Renowned Japanese Chef
We are proud to announce our collaboration with Kengo Hanada, sushi master at Ziyueting.
Together, we have developed a set of techniques for enjoying mullet roe in Japanese cuisine: how to slice whole roe thinly for nigiri, how to warm it gently to bring out its aroma, and how to finish a simple bowl of chazuke with our Mullet Roe Chazuke Powder.
